Rockford’s First Conveyor Belt Sushi Spot Is Now Open
People have been talking about this Loves Park restaurant, strictly because it’s not something you see every day.
Hachi Sushi has officially opened the very first conveyor belt sushi spot in Rockford, and if you’re confused, it’s exactly what it sounds like. Picture this: plates of sushi cruising around the restaurant and right past your table while you decide what kind of sushi you’re going to dig in on and how much you can handle.

If you can handle plenty, you’re very much in luck, because it’s an all-you-can-eat experience.
So while the conveyor belt is running, you can grab at whatever catches your eye or order straight from the menu if something is screaming out to you. If you think it’s only specific rolls on the belt, think again, as the steak sushi rolls are included too.
All-You-Can-Eat Sushi With a Unique Twist
Pricewise, lunch is $25.99, dinner is $30.99, and kids are a cheaper option. Here’s something I noticed on the menu, in fine print too. If you go wild and waste food at Hachi Sushi, expect to pay for it because they’ll charge you for leftovers.
The place underwent a remodel, added a conveyor belt, and more in just a few weeks, leading some folks to do a double-take when walking into Hachi Sushi.
