Just a few days ago, we found out Culture Crunch is opening its doors in Rockford sometime in 2024 with exotic snacks from around the world. Then, we get news Kirkland's home goods store in Forest Plaza is closing at the end of January.
Now, Bop Bop Korean BBQ & Rice Bowl just opened a brick-and-mortar inside Rockford City Market in downtown Rockford.

Over at 116 N. Madison Street in Rockford, you can get a taste of some delicious Korean dishes by Bop Bop Korean BBQ & Rice Bowl!

Since you can't chase their food truck around town until next season, stop by their new location inside Rockford City Market by Smiley's Vintage and Crust & Crumbles.
From Korean Corn Dogs, to spicy grilled chicken rice bowls, to refreshing Boba lemonades, there's something for everyone to try!
Their kitchen hours will be Monday-Friday 11am - 7:30pm, Saturdays 11am - 3pm, and Sundays they'll be closed.

I've tried the Korean Corn Dogs and it's a completely different taste than a normal corn dog. You'll only understand if you give it a try!
Here are the two that I ordered when Bop Bop was open at City Market. One is covered in hot Cheeto dust... insane. I'm a sucker for a good corn dog.
