Here’s A Look At Minnesota’s Oldest Bridges

Whether you're a history buff, an architecture lover, or simply a curious explorer, there's something captivating about these ancient bridges that draws us in.

The thought of them being built more than 100 years ago and standing the test of time. All located in throughout our beautiful state.

The gorgeous Jay Cook Bridge pictured above is a well-known Duluth bridge. While it's considered a historic Minnesota bridge, it's not one of the oldest. This bridge was built in 1934. All of the bridges I'm going to show you were built in the 1800's!

When you look at these bridges think about the blood, sweat, and tears that went into building them. The way things were put together back then vs today. One of these bridges took three years to build! Sorry, I'm totally geeking out over here.

I'm a huge fan of lighthouses. I'm also convinced I spent a past life in Paris, because I'm obsessed with the Eiffel Tower. There's something behind the well-thought-out structures that makes you truly appreciate it.
