RoadSnacks looked at the top 10 kinkiest cities in Illinois based on how many toys folks are buying from adult shop Adam & Eve. It didn't look at what we're buying, just how much we're buying, per capita.

Here are the top 3 kinkiest cities in Illinois, and the kinkiest QCA city on the Illinois side.

#3. West Chicago

As of 2021, West Chicago's population is 25,370. According to the city's website, they're the "first Illinois community established by the railroads". They're also the 2nd largest city in the top 3 kinkiest Illinois cities, with 0.04 Adam and Eve orders per capita.

#2. Mendota

Mendota's population in 2021 was 6,982, making it the smallest town in the top 3 kinkiest. It's small but mighty, with 0.05 adult toy orders per capita. The town is 70 miles east of Moline.

#1. Cicero

A Chicago suburb, Cicero is a town of about 83,161 and earns the #1 spot as the kinkiest city in Illinois. Per capita, it had 0.07 Adam & Eve toy orders.

And The Kinkiest Town In The QCA Is...

That's right, the kinkiest QCA city (at least on the Illinois side) is Moline! They ranked 12th in the list of kinkiest Illinois cities. That's pretty high. They had 0.02 adult toy orders per capita, with a 2020 population of 42,985.

On the Iowa side of the QCA, Clinton is the kinkiest city.
