Travel website Wanderu looked at the most photographed streets in the U.S. on Instagram. They looked at the 60 most populous American cities and, for each city and using ChatGPT, found 5 famous, popular, or iconic streets and found the ones with the most hashtags.

Lake Shore Drive ranks as #18 for the most photographed U.S. streets on Insta. It's home to Lincoln Park, Soldier Field, Navy Pier, and of course, the beaches. The hashtag #lakeshoredrive had 129,700 uses on Instagram in the study.

In the center of Chicago is the city's other iconic road, Michigan Avenue, which features "The Bean" sculpture and follows the Chicago River. Users most often used the hashtag #michiganave and it was used 353,000 times.

It looks like Miami is everyone's favorite street pic spot. The number one most Instagrammed road in America is Ocean Drive in Miami, which was followed by NW 2nd Avenue in Miami. You can see the full list of Insta's favorite streets on Wanderu's website.
