The 2024 Paris Olympics begins later this month, and the Land of Lincoln will be WELL represented on Team USA, here are the details on which athletes from Illinois to keep an eye out for during the Olympics.

According to an article from NBC Chicago, there are 40 athletes from Illinois that will be on Team USA during the 2024 Paris Olympics. They are in all kinds of sports from Basketball, Soccer, and Swimming, to more obscure sports like Rowing, Rugby, and Rhythmic Gymnastics.

- Anthony Davis, the Lakers player will be a crucial part of Team USA's pursuit of Gold on the basketball court.

- Paul Juda, a male gymnast, all eyes will be on the women's gymnastics team, but Juda will be a huge part of the Men's chances to win a medal.

- Ryan Murphy, is one of the great American swimmers, known for excelling in backstroke, he is in his 3rd Olympic games.
