Christmas Towns: Illinois Has One Of The Country’s Most-Loved

Every community in the state of Illinois has got their holiday lights on and their decorations up, so you really don't have to go far at all to get a good dose of the 2024 holiday spirit. However, it's fair and reasonable to say that some cities and towns in Illinois just do it better than others do.

One particular Illinois town seems to do it so well that they're featured on several lists of the absolute best Christmas towns in the entire country. What's even better is that if you live in Northern Illinois, you're not too far from Christmas nirvana.

In the interests of fairness, I should point out that two Northern Illinois towns make the list of most Christmassy places in the United States, not just one. I'm pretty sure that even more Illinois towns could be added to the list, but for now we're going to focus on the one Northern Illinois town that made the Top 50 list.
