Dixon Police Need Help Identifying Three Individuals

When the Dixon Police ask for help we do whatever we can. 

They're currently looking for information on these three individuals. The images were taken from the Walmart security cameras. That's all the information we have at this moment.

A couple of things. I've mentioned this before but the quality of security cameras has SKYROCKETED over the past 5 years. I'm pretty sure I can count freckles on that one guy. This is not the era of thinking you can get away with something when no one's looking. Someone's ALWAYS looking.
