Cody Parkey Was On The Today Show To Discuss His Missed Kick

If you're a Bears fan, this probably won't make you feel any better. 

Cody Parkey is the biggest Chicago sport's villain since a guy in a green turtleneck tried to catch a foul ball at Wrigley Field back in 2003. To say he has a little bit of work to get back in the good graces of the Windy City would be a bit of an understatement.

When I heard Parkey was going to be on the Today show I was a bit confused on what the purpose was. I thought that maybe he was going to talk about online bullying and how he handled it. A pretty hot topic right now.

But no. He just said that he really wanted to make the kick and missed. I think we all knew that.

I don't know if he'll be back next season. I know every Bears fan never wants to see him again but Bears management tends to think differently from the fans from time to time.

I wish the dude well, just don't know if need to see him in the navy blue and orange ever again.
