With that many people from Illinois hitting the road and traveling more than 50 miles from home over the Thanksgiving holiday travel period, it might be a good idea to put together your travel plan for the best times to go without being stuck in massive amounts of traffic.
If your home is anything like ours, the four-legged moochers that live there will certainly be hanging around the kitchen on Thanksgiving Day. There are lots of things that you shouldn't let your pet eat, but luckily, there are a few things that you can safely share...assuming you want to.
I know, you're hoping to read that prices for your favorite items in a Thanksgiving dinner have fallen to levels that we've never seen before. I was hoping to write that, too. However, that's not the case this year, even if some of the items are cheaper than they were last Thanksgiving.
