21-Year-Old Rockford Man Brings Dream Store To Real Life

Wouldn't it be nice if there was a store just full of discounted merchandise you could shop at? Well, one just recently opened in town!

Born and raised right here in Rockford, owner Daniel Carrillo, 21, opened his very first business, Goodie Bin, on December 3rd, 2021. After studying Marketing and Communications, Daniel knew he was ready to be his own boss.

He takes so much pride in this business, it's like his baby, and if you follow Goodie Bin on social media you'll see just how dedicated Daniel is in growing his retail shop and keeping his customer service top notch.

Goodie Bin is considered a discounted/liquidation store that offers items anywhere from Amazon, Target, and Kohls.  All the items are discounted up to 90% off and sometimes you can find the most incredible steals! The selection is always changing and the prices drop as the week goes on.

I stopped in recently to see what deals I could find, and I picked up a journal, two brand new folders, and a yoga mat all for a whopping $2.18! Their deals are unbeatable, no doubt. It's definitely a treasure hunt once you start digging.
