When you need your food to be festive for every holiday or special occasion, keep this Wisconsin meat market in mind.

Actually, I'm not sure if they do anything else like this for all of the other events in our lives but I can tell you they're making some noise with their Halloween offering.

Located in Madison, the Jenifer Street Market has brats on the menu, and right now they're packed with candy corn.

Hmph.

You know the saying "don't knock it until you try it?" It's taking everything in my being not to "knock it" but I'm not sure I have enough inner strength to try a Candy Corn Brat.

It's just some foods don't work well together, for example, lemonade and Oreo cookies. Growing up, I had a friend who'd dunk those cookies into lemonade and to this day, it remains one of the nastiest food combos I've ever witnessed.

Again, I'm not saying Candy Corn Brats are gross, but I've had plenty of brats by themself and they are incredibly delicious. There are plenty of meat markets and butchers that combine different types of meats into brat form and they are amazing too, I'm just not sure about candy corn and brats living together in harmony.

One food combo I can get behind when it comes to candy corn is candy corn and the garbage. Pull those orange waxy jobs out of the brat, toss 'em in the trash, and I'll try those things all day.

Either way, if you're a more adventurous eater than I am, Jenifer Street Market is located at 2038 Jenifer Street in Madison.
