When you think of "lost and found," you may conjure a mental image of a cardboard box full of stuff that a disinterested worker behind a counter drags out when you ask, "Did anyone happen to turn in (insert lost item here). Oh, and chances are that whatever you're looking for isn't there, but you won't know that until you've sorted through 6 1/2 pairs of gloves, 32 hats, 9 shoes, and a Hello Kitty backpack.

Well, apparently the folks at KLM Royal Dutch Airlines have had similar experiences, and wanted future visitors to their lost and found department to, well, not visit their lost and found department. Instead, the lost and found (or at least an outstanding representative) comes to you:

I assume if you lose something really big, they go up a dog size.
