Hopefully, you've already had your fill of turkey sandwiches.

Still have some turkey and stuffing in the Tupperware sitting in your fridge? Time to toss it before someone gets sick.

The USDA officially says that 4 days is the max but you can probably fudge it up to 7 days. That's when listeria can begin to grow in your leftovers.

This only applies to refrigerated leftovers. If you threw your food in the freezer it can last up to 6 months.

Either way, it's probably better to be safe than sorry when it comes to leftovers. After all, you're going to get another round of leftovers after Christmas. Those you can snack on all the way up to New Year's Day and still be safe.
