grocery price increases

Walk into any grocery store in Illinois, and you'll find that nearly everything costs more than it did even a year ago. However, there are some staples that have really risen in price---and are still going.

A couple of weeks back, I challenged you to guess which food staple has gone up the most in price at your favorite grocery store. Not to be a spoiler for my own story, but the answer turned out to be eggs.
