Is spending less on your Thanksgiving Day dinner than you spent on Halloween candy something you're going for this year? If so, get ready for some disappointment, unless you gave out several cases of full-sized candy bars to every kid within a two-mile radius on Halloween.

I know, you're hoping to read that prices for your favorite items in a Thanksgiving dinner have fallen to levels that we've never seen before. I was hoping to write that, too. However, that's not the case this year, even if some of the items are cheaper than they were last Thanksgiving.
