Rockford’s SNOW EMERGENCY Could Lead To More Parking Tickets

The snow is coming this weekend and you can't do anything to stop it. 

There are some parking guidelines you'll have to start following this afternoon.

That's right! Parking tickets might be in your future if you don't follow the "Snow Emergency" rules.

What are the rules? Great question. Fortunately, they're easy. It's the old odd/even ordinance. The city even gave examples of how that works for our slower residents.

The ordinance is in effect until the street department "deems it no longer necessary."
