Rockford’s Carpenter’s Place Is In Desperate Need of Donations

Since 2000, Carpenter's Place has been helping Rockford's homeless rebuild their lives in a compassionate and positive way by providing resources that other community programs may not.

Carpenter's Place is so much more than a temporary safe haven from the streets. It's open during the day and provides individualized case management to help this city's homeless adults get off the streets, find employment and peace within again.

My point is this, Carpenter's Place is a vital resource in Rockford and it's existence relies heavily on community support.

Yesterday, Carpenter's Place posted a plead for donations of critically needed items on their Facebook page. I'm hoping we can all step up and get them what they are asking for.
