Rockford Nurse Made Halloween Costumes for Local NICU Babies
Rockford needs a whole lot more people like this NICU nurse at MercyHealth Rockford.
According to the hospital's Facebook, a nurse named JoAnn spent two months hand-sewing costumes for babies in the NICU to wear this Halloween. Her reason? To provide a moment of happiness in such a stressful time.
The cuteness didn't stop with that precious group of grapes named Harper. JoAnn made 52 costumes, and every single one of them is adorable. Just look at this video from mystateline.com.
JoAnn, my cup runneth over. I have goosies right now from that cuteness, and I can only imagine the joy that your generosity provided for the families of these precious babies. You done real good, JoAnn.
