Rockford Guy Looking For ‘Jerky Shop’ Partner

Would you go into business with this guy?

I spend way too much time on Craigslist, and this morning I was looking in the 'activities' section when I came across this guy who wants to start a jerky shop in Rockford.

I feel like I've eaten beef jerky maybe three times when I was in high school and my brother was on his high protein kick, but I definitely don't have a passion for it.
