The Milwaukee Zoo is one of the best in the country and it just got cuter.

Babies are usually pretty cute. Baby animals are ALWAYS cute and Marlee here is no exception.

At over 6 feet and weighing in at 174 pounds, this little long neck is sure to bring in a bunch of visitors.

Zoo guest will have limited access to this little lady, so you'll want to make sure you get there early.

Not much more to say about the giraffe so let me talk about my favorite attraction at the Milwaukee Zoo. Macaque Island.

It's been 10 minutes since I typed that last sentence and I have some upsetting news. There don't seem to be any videos of Macaque Island on YouTube. Go ahead and check for yourself. Nothing. How is that possible? There are hardly any pictures of it online, let alone any that my digital bosses would let me use in a blog.

People, this is one of the greatest zoo exhibits in the country and it's a freaking disgrace that there isn't at least a 5 minute documentary about it online. I've never felt more betrayed by the internet.

My folks would take us up to the Milwaukee Zoo at least once a year and I would have to be pried away from that island. It was a wonderful display of grab-assing, bell ringing, and general tom-foolery (salute.) One bit of information I found online was that they remodeled it in 2002, which means it's even BETTER!

I know you came here to read about a baby giraffe but now I'm here to tell you to get up to Blue Mound Road in Milwaukee and check out the macaques ASAP. I insist.

While you're there, please take a video and upload it to YouTube.
