If Ralston Road is part of your usual commute, you'll need to find a detour.

WIFR - Starting Tuesday, June 20, Ralston Road will be closed between Illinois Route 251 and Route 2 to fix a water leak. Traffic will be detoured south to Harlem Road so drivers can get across the river. Signs have been placed to alert drivers about the closure. Work is expected to be completed by Friday, June 23.

Fortunately, the Harlem Bridge isn't a 50 cent toll anymore but this will still be a pain in the butt. If anyone is headed out to Atwoods Golf Course you're going to have to plan ahead.

P.S. I know you're probably thinking we hired out to make that map. Nope! That was just me using Google Maps and MS Paint. I'd be happy to work for you at a reasonable fee.
