My philosophy on the weather is you can complain when it's too hot or too cold, but not both. And I'm a cold-weather guy. You'll never hear me upset when the mercury is below zero; I just put on another sweatshirt. But as the temperature approaches 80 degrees I get more and more uncomfortable and yes, you might hear me mumble a few words under my breath.

So perhaps this is just the invention for me.

Charles Hollcroft is the president of Chesapeake-based Comfort Wear. The company already is selling winter jackets and clothing that heats up at the press of a button. Now he’s expanding into summer-wear with an air-conditioned shirt. According to WTKR-TV:

The shirt runs off a battery and powers two small fans in the back of the shirt. The fans blow cool air into the shirt for about five hours. Hollcroft says the batteries take about two hours to charge.

Unfortunately, the shirts aren't available quite yet. Hollcroft is hoping to have them ready for next summer. There's more info about Comfort Wear products at the company's Comfort Wear website.
