Illinois Festival Announces Carnival Quiet Hours For Special Needs Families
Festival season is well underway and one of the horizons is Petunia Festival in Dixon, Illinois from June 30 to July 4, 2023.

The epitome of fun and excitement, the carnival, is set up right across the bridge on Lincoln Statue Drive, right by Dixon High School.
We all know the typical carnival experience can be overwhelming for individuals who prefer a more serene environment. Because of this, organizers have planned something special planned for families wanting to enjoy the carnival but without flickering lights and loud music.

This year, Dixon Petunia Festival is hosting "Carnival Quiet Hours" for those children and adults who would benefit from a quieter carnival atmosphere, with minimal lights and sounds for families to enjoy the thrill of the carnival without the sensory overload.
Carnival Quiet Hours will happen on Friday, June 30, from 3-5 pm.
