Being a lumberjack or lumberjill isn't an easy job. If you want to be one of the top people in the business, you have to be strong and tough. These skills are not for the faint of heart. It's cool that the World Lumberjack Championships are held in Hayward, Wisconsin. You can even make a trip to go watch it live. This year the event is being held from July 15th through the 18th. Comedian Charlie Berens will even be there too.

There will be over 100 lumberjacks and lumberjills competing for the world title in several different categories, including chopping, sawing, speed climbing, boom running, and log rolling. These are the best of the best from around the world championships. The cool thing is it's a family-friendly event, so you can bring the kids. There's a lot of excitement, so I think they will enjoy it.
