According to WISN ABC 12...
The village of Elm Grove is taking homeowners to circuit court after they ignored $73,000 in fines and refused to clean up their property, which includes unregistered vehicles, trailers and other items.

The incident happened in Elm Grove, Wisconsin. This owner doesn't take care of their property, and the complaints keep flooding in. Apparently, they've been a problem for a long time. It's gotten so bad that the city now has to sue the homeowner. They've had verbal and written warnings for the village. The owners have also been fined over $73,000. Nothing has seemed to work, so now they go to court.

The crazy thing is that the home and property are valued at over $400,000. That's a lot of money, but in that state it's currently in, that value can't be anywhere near that. Some of the things found in the yard are five unregistered vehicles, trailer, boat, lawn tractors, snow blowers, and canoe. I can't even imagine what the house looks like inside.
