Illinois Woman Starts Brawl At Popular Fast Food Restaurant

The local police were called to an Illinois fast-food restaurant because a woman started a fight with another customer.

Early this week, the police were called to a McDonald's in Evanston. A woman was in line to order her meal when she argued with another customer. It got serious, so the pair took it outside. Then a couple of other people got involved. It turned into quite a scene.

The argument was between a woman and a man, not a couple. The exchange got ugly and the lady threatened to shoot the guy. The dude was upset about the threat so he shoved her. That's when they headed outside like a couple of kids starting an after-school fight.

Once in the parking lot, two other men joined the woman, and they continued the confrontation with the original guy. Since it was now three-on-one, the loner pulled out a knife for protection. Then, the lady grabbed a gun out of her vehicle and pointed it at him. An employee notified the group that the police were on the way.

When the officers arrived, they found the weapon in her car. The genius left it sitting on the seat. One of her friends got busted with her but the other one got away. She lied to the cops about her name because she had a warrant out for her arrest. Of course, she's going to jail for a while.

Kellie Edwards-Lawrence, 52, is charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated assault, two felony counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon and one felony count of obstruction of justice, according to officials.
