See Your Favorite Bands When You Get The Chance
I'm a huge music fan and I love going to concerts. I've had the opportunity to see some of my favorite artists on their last tours. Sometimes, you know that's going to be their last go around but in other situations, it's a surprise. Many times, the main reason for an unplanned ending of a band is someone passes away. You've got to take advantage of seeing them while you can because you just never know. Especially, as many of the legends are getting older.

One Of The Best Music Venues In The World Is Located In Wisconsin
Wisconsin is home to one of the best music venues in the world. It's one of my favorite places to see shows too. It's Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy. It's a famous outdoor concert amphitheater that has hosted many legendary bands and events. The only problem is it's in the middle of nowhere so there's basically one road in and out. The easiest way for artists to travel in that area is by helicopter.

On August 27th, 1990 there was a devastating tragedy at the famous outdoor Wisconsin venue. A helicopter taking the late great Stevie Ray Vaughan crashed on the grounds of the popular amphitheater. The amazing guitar player and four others lost their lives in the accident. It was a very sad day for music.
Details About The Show That Night
It was a magical night at Alpine Valley. Along with Vaughan, Eric Clapton, Buddy Guy, and others performed. Stevie hadn't gotten sober and sounded better than ever. There was an all-star jam at the end which was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Nobody knew that would be the last time anyone would see the musician live in concert. It was a huge loss for music fans all over the world.
