I'm a big fan of water parks. It's a great way to cool off on a hot summer day. I've been going since I was a kid. As a parent, I took my daughter and her friends many times. It's funny because whenever I've gone to a water park as an adult, I always think how cool it would be if there was an adults-only day. Nothing against children, but wouldn't it be funny to have some time with no little ones around to take care of?

Join us for an adults-only party at Turtle Creek Waterpark! Kick back at the pool and make it a night to remember. This event will feature delicious food from local food trucks, music, games, & so much more. Don’t miss the pool party of the summer! Ages 21+.

My dream has been answered. The Turtle Creek Water Park in Vernon Hills is hosting an adults-only night on Saturday, July 11th from 6pm to 10pm. You must be 21 or older to get in. It will definitely be a much calmer water park experience with no children around. I would be in the lazy river all day.

There will be plenty to keep the adults busy with food trucks, music, games, and more. Besides the lazy river, there are also multiple water slides, pools, splash pads, a sand play area, and much more. Just watching the parents have fun is all the entertainment I would need.
