URGENT: Have You Seen These Two Men Missing From Rockford?

Rockford police are searching for Carter McGowan and Daniel Ali after both men went missing recently.

Carter has been missing since Monday (1/22) and Daniel hasn't been seen since last Thursday (1/18).

According to Carter McGowan's family,

"Carter has Asperger’s Syndrome and had a mental health episode Monday morning at the UW Health clinic on Marchesano Drive in Rockford. He walked out of the clinic wearing a grey jacket, blue/grey pants and blue tennis shoes. Security camera footage showed him heading toward S. Main St. from the clinic." [wifr]

Carter's mom shared on Facebook (1/22) that his jacket was found at River's Edge and the ground search has been concluded.  Police and Fire will now continue their search in the Rock River.  Carter is 22 years old.

Daniel (Danny) Ali has been missing since Thursday night (1/18)/Friday morning (1/19), according to his brother in a Facebook post on Saturday.

His brother mentioned that Daniel walks around the East side of Rockford regularly near Perryville and State Street.  He's 6'4", 180lbs, is autistic, and has special needs.

As of Monday (1/22), Daniel is still missing.  Have you seen him?
