You Could Own The Greatest House In The State Of Wisconsin
If you know the state of Wisconsin, you know how rare the property is and why the value of it isn't as high as one might think. A house that sits right next to the greatest stadium in all of football is for sale and it could be yours.
A simple tweet has made this house go viral making everyone say the same thing, "That's not a terrible price." I couldn't agree more. Before I show you the house, here is the view from the backyard in the summer...
And that's in the summer. Imagine the sights, sounds, and smells during football season. Get your checkbook out, you have a house to buy.
Making One House Go Viral
The account TodayInSports on X (formerly known as Twitter), let its followers know about a house in Green Bay, WI that's for sale that would be perfect for the ultimate Packers fan or anyone who is a fan of money.
The house, listed at $699,900, sits right next to the heart of Title Town, U.S.A., Lambeau Field. If you aren't a football fan, that's where the 13-time World Champion and 4-time Super Bowl Champion Green Bay Packers play.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a hot tub, an inground pool, a massive garage space, and plenty of ways to make money during Packers football games, $700,000 is a solid price for this property.
This House Is A Cheese Mine
I would say gold mine but it's right next to Lambeau. Obviously, I'm going to say cheese.
This house is listed on Airbnb for the next Packers home game. Sure, it's against the Chicago Bears but I bet this house on average goes for the price it's listed for which is $1,500 per night.
Since most people stay two nights, that's $3,000 per home Packers game. With 8 home games during the regular season, you can make $24,000 on those games alone not including preseason or if the Packers play any postseason games at home.
If you've been to a Packers game, you know that people park on front lawns and in driveways. This house could get at least 10 cars on that lawn per game and $40 a pop (maybe even more). That's an extra $400 for each of those games adding an additional $3,200 made just on parking.
That brings your regular-season total to around $27,200. Putting this house on Airbnb every season until you paid it off would take you (without inflation factored in) about 25.5 years to pay off this house on a 30-year fixed mortgage.
Want to see the upgrades you'll need to make on the inside? There aren't many but take a look at what this house comes with below.
