If you've ever wanted your own grocery store land/property, I found some leads for you. It's actually from one of the more popular grocery chains in Missouri that suddenly has 3 locations available.

I will admit that I found this information completely by accident. I'm accustomed to seeing Aldi announce new grand openings of stores frequently. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed they also have "available properties". Among those, there were 3 available properties in Missouri.

It looks like these aren't Missouri stores available as much as land and adjacent lots. Still caught me by surprise though as I'm used to seeing new store locations and not properties for sale by Aldi especially considering they now have 98 Missouri stores at last count.
