If you're looking for strange, few states do it better than Illinois and that includes ice cream as the world's strangest flavor was born in the Land of Lincoln.

Even though it's not a part of my current diet routine, I've rarely met an ice cream flavor that I didn't like. That's why I was fascinated by a new ranking by Love Food of the world's most outrageous ice cream flavors and one of the weirdest ones on their list comes from Illinois.
