Boy, do I hope this forecast is correct. No, I'm not talking about weather either. I'm referring to a new article that claims Missouri is most likely next in line to get a famous In-N-Out Burger location. The reason they give actually makes a lot of sense, too.

A brand new article just shared today by 24/7 Wall St named 15 cities that could/should be next to have an In-N-Out Burger location. Guess which city they said is most likely to be next in line?

Answer - Kansas City, Missouri

This isn't just a pipe dream either. They mention that In-N-Out Burger has two primary distribution centers in Dallas and Colorado Springs. The puts Kansas City, Missouri in a prime easy place to get those delicious burgers to.

There's another reason why Missouri looks to get an In-N-Out Burger in the near future. Their most recent announced expansion is to Franklin, Tennessee. That place will open for business in 2025 according to reports. That brings this storied burger franchise to right across the border in Missouri and means that Dallas, Texas to Colorado Springs distribution line has an even more convenient potential Missouri stop.

KSDK talked to In-N-Out Burger reps last time this rumor started and they said they had no plans "at this time" which was a year ago. Previously that could have been said about Tennessee, too and they have a location being created.

Time will tell if this forecast for Kansas City, Missouri getting an In-N-Out Burger comes true. I have to wonder if Patrick Mahomes bringing so many What-A-Burgers to KC might actually make it more likely that In-N-Out brings their brand there also.
