Own a Floating Restaurant and Boat Rental on This Gorgeous Michigan Lake

Imagine having one of Michigan's most beautiful lakes as your office! A floating restaurant and boat rental is up for sale.

The owners of Torch Lake Tiki have shared that their lake-based business in Antrim County on the market.

During past summers, visitors to Torch Lake in Northern Michigan could swim right up to the boat for burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, and other treats.

Torch Lake Tiki also rented out pontoons, kayaks, and paddle boards.

I'll be honest, I'm bummed that Torch Lake Tiki won't be in operation this year! I'm planning my first trip to Torch Lake in a few weeks and in searching for activities, that's how I learned about the business and that it was up for sale.

Still excited to finally swim in the stunning turquoise waters of Torch Lake though and visit the famous sand bar!

It does sound like the owners have something else super cool in the works though! They are opening a campground a short drive from Torch Lake in Alba, Mich. It's called Blue Lakes Adventure Camp and it's set to open this summer.

It will have110 full hook-up sites, a heated outdoor pool, and a variety of activities for the entire family-  like ORV trails just up the road, and a scenic pond for kayaking and pedal boating.

If you're interested in buying Torch Lake Tiki, the owners point out that necessarily have to stay on Torch Lake (though they hope someone continues it there). The aquatic restaurant and equipment rental could be a great business on any lake!
