Poached, sunnyside up, over easy, and scrambled are all great ways to enjoy eggs. Eggs don't have to be limited to only breakfast either. Regardless of when or how you consume eggs there is one way you don't want your eggs to be and you're about to get an unfavorable visual.

Aside from a bowl of cereal, eggs might be the easiest option for breakfast. If you're not trying to be fancy eggs only require minimal cooking skills. If my youngest child can provide instruction for making eggs then any adult should have problems whipping up a quick breakfast.

What's the white stuff?

Even though I know the white stringy substance you may find after cracking an egg is normal and not unhealthy, it still makes me somewhat nervous.

The "white stuff", by the way, is chalaza, which is like a nature anchor for yolk inside the egg, is perfectly normal.

After I saw a photo and read the associated status on Facebook I pitched more than half a dozen of eggs out of irrational fear. (Better safe than sorry.) And, after seeing what she saw, you might feel the need to do the same.
