Illinois Finally Exhibits Some Bipartisanship

Illinois has been experiencing an opioid abuse epidemic and the state actually pulled together to solve it. Heroin and opioid abuse has seen an extreme spike in Illinois lately. Young lives have been ruined and lost all over the state. It is a disease that has no prejudice, it affects people of all races, backgrounds and wealth. It became so bad that both sides of the Illinois political isle got together and did something about it.

14th Congressional District Representative Randy Hultgren hopped on with Riley today to talk about what measures congress did to curb this problem that's probably affected someone you know.
