And the signs appeared to be working. I drove by their house on Sunday and you couldn't even find a place to park; the yard and driveway was filled with people looking for bargains...and Lionel Richie.

If you're thinking of having a garage sale this spring or summer, skip the conventional sign and make your own; surely everyone in town will want to see what all the hype is about. I know I did.
