One of the biggest back-to-school struggles for parents is getting your kids to go to bed early, maybe Mickey Mouse can help?

I'm not a big sleeper. According to my mom I quit naps the day I turned two and I still only sleep for longer than seven hours if I'm super sick or if I drank a gallon of wine the night before.

But I have a feeling getting me to sleep as a child would've been easier if Mickey or Minnie told me it was time for bed.

Mom and Dad, you now how this option.

USA Today is sharing Disney's sleep hotline so we can all have Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, or Goofy tell the kids in our lives to go to bed.

The number is pretty easy to remember: 877-7-MICKEY. (877-7-642539)

We're testing it on ZOK today so don't miss it!
