CEDARVILLE, Ill. (AP) — A northern Illinois man has been charged with murder in the fatal shootings of two men at a Cedarville bar.

Stephenson's County sheriff's officials said Devin Marcum shot and killed 35-year-old Kyle Tucker and 36-year-old Shaun Bradbury at the Cedar Inn Bar about 1:45 a.m. Sunday. All three came from Freeport.

A third man was wounded and taken to a hospital with undisclosed injuries.

Marcum, 23, was at-large for about two hours before police officers found him in Freeport. Authorities said he was in possession of a firearm that matched the shell casings found at the scene, The (Freeport) Journal-Standard reported.

Stephenson County Chief Deputy Mark Marti did not go into details about what led to the shooting except that there had been a disagreement at the bar. The disagreement wasn't necessarily among the people involved in the shooting, Marti said.

Marcum was being held at the Stephenson County jail on $600,000 bail. He is charged with first-degree murder, attempted murder, aggravated battery with a firearm, aggravated discharge of a firearm and possession of weapon by a felon.

He doesn't have a listed phone number to pursue comment and his case was not listed in online court records.
