Rockvinia festivities begin at 5 pm, with opening act Kelly Steward followed by headliner Miles Nielsen and the Rusted Hearts. (Additional performers may be added.) The concert is on the lawn of Rockford Country Club with food and beverages available. The vibe is relaxed and family friendly with concert goers bringing blankets or folding chairs for seating.
