CHICAGO (AP) — With Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel facing an April runoff against Cook County Commissioner Jesus Garcia, three conceding challengers say Chicago still faces major issues.

Chicago Alderman Bob Fioretti told supporters Tuesday evening that Chicago has a crisis of vision and he pledges to keep working to bring jobs to neighborhoods.

William "Dock" Walls is a perennial candidate who devoted a concession speech Tuesday evening to issues he believes need attention in the city and the importance of voting.

Businessman Willie Wilson says he thinks he made a difference with his bid. He hopes to meet with Garcia in the coming days.

Emanuel is seeking a second term. The former White House chief of staff failed to get a majority and faces an April 7 runoff with Garcia.
