Cherry Valley Murder-Suicide Identities Released

Yesterday, the Winnebago County Sheriff's office announced a murder-suicide in Winnebago County.

Now, WIFR is reporting that The Winnebago County Coroner's Office has identified the three persons found dead as Peter Ruckman, 58, and his 14 and 12-year-old sons.

Ruckman was a Political Science professor at Rock Valley College, was writing two books, and was editor of a blog on presidential pardons.
