Heads up Potterheads! Mark Sunday, July 30, 2017 on your calendars now because the world of Harry Potter is taking over the Water Street Mall in Aurora, IL, and you won't want to miss it!

This festival, called "2017 City of Lumos: Aurora's Harry Potter Festival", is open to all ages and admission is free, (with some paid activities).

Here's just some of the fun in store according to the festival's Facebook page:

Diagon Alley will be set up along Water Street Mall with vendors and crafting stations. Hogwarts Classes in Potions, Herbology,Wizards' Chess, and Care of Magical Creatures will take place at venues along Downer Place and at Millennium Plaza off Stolp Avenue.

Search for Horcruxes throughout the downtown area. Children can ride the Hogwarts Express mini train attraction. Dress as your favorite character for the Costume Parade!

Sounds like so much fun! The festival will take place from 12 to 5 p.m. on July, 30, and will no doubt be packed! Make sure you RSVP on the event page now, and keep your eye on it for more exciting updates.
