A British Woman Gives a Rockford Tour

Here in Rockford, we're sometimes way too hard on ourselves. It seems that it's much easier to focus on our negatives (which, to be fair, we have) than on our many positives. So, when I happened across a video from "Visit the USA," I was intrigued by what an outsider (in this case, way outside, as in Great Britain) would key in on and/or highlight in a pitch to visitors about what to see and do here in Rockford.
