3 Men Allegedly Rob Two Gas Stations in Northern Illinois on the Same Night, On the Loose
It was a busy night for men in Northern Illinois this weekend. They pulled off an extremely low-grade Oceans 11 feat.
Ok, that was a stretch but, regardless, local police are looking for them.
ACT I
First, just before 12 AM Sunday morning, Roscoe Police Department received a hold-up alarm alert from the Speedway gas station on N. Rockton Road.
Witnesses say, three men, all wearing masks, entered the gas station and demanded money. One of the men revealed a black handgun. The men were carpooling in a newish, silver, Jeep Grand Cherokee.
ACT II
An armed robbery was reported at another gas station in Roscoe, this time is was FasMart. Witnesses reported three men entered the gas station, demanded money, and one revealed a black handgun.
Oh, and they escaped in a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee.
In case you're not totally following along, police believe the same suspects are responsible for both robberies.
The suspects are described as small-framed black men wearing dark clothing and driving the aforementioned silver Jeep Grand Cherokee.
