News broke yesterday that CherryVale Mall will be closed on Thanksgiving this year, and there are a bunch of other store following suit.

I love Black Friday shopping, but I was super unhappy a few years ago when stores began opening Thanksgiving night instead of waiting until Friday morning.

My mom and I debated shopping on Thanksgiving and actually went out at midnight one of the years, but it wasn't the same. The excitement was gone, and it was completely terrible.

It wasn't fun, the employees were extra upset to be working, and we were in a turkey coma.

Luckily, this year it seems like the tables are turning back to strictly Black Friday shopping and I'm super excited!

Malls across the country are keeping their doors shut on Thanksgiving, and now a Black Friday website is sharing a list of 23 additional stores who are saying "no" to turkey laced shoppers.
