The story starts in Illinois, goes back to California but brings us right back to Illinois...
Illinois State Police arrested three individuals, in a huge drug trafficking scheme that was finally busted. KYMKEMP

The llinois State Police found 400 pounds of marijuana in Illinois, that came from California. This huge bust links a department of fish and wildlife organization to a location in Illinois.

With the three individuals arrested, 200 pounds of marijuana and 3000 growing plants were seized.

With an operation that is so huge, there can be environmental issues that go along with it. With this grow location, there was a generator with diesel fuel leaking onto the ground.

Same set up, a rural piece of property that is used as a "hidden" grow spot. This gem in California was discovered after a lengthy procedure. This bust began 18 months prior with a huge find in Illinois (400 lbds of weed) and now the bust makes it's way back to the original grow location in California.

With the legalization of marijuana in Illinois now, I wonder what type of "slow down" the state has seen with this?
