13 Christmas Tree Drop-Off & Mulch Pickup Spots Announced

Keep Northern Illinois Beautiful (KNIB) has announced thirteen Rockford-Area Christmas tree recycling drop-off and mulch pickup locations.

KNIB will offer locations for residents to drop off natural Christmas trees to be recycled into mulch, which will be free to the public on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Locations include Rockford, Cherry Valley, Loves Park, Rockton, Roscoe, Belvidere (Boone County), Pecatonica, and Village of Davis.

Don't toss that tree into a random ditch in a rural area, some of us need more mulch this spring.
