cold temperatures

I don't know about you, but Thursday's temperature of 33 degrees made it feel to me like we'd hit the first day of Spring. Especially since many of us were shocked by the crazy cold temperatures we got on Wednesday.

Brr....It's so colder than cold and not good for a person to be out long in the freezing temperatures. Winnebago and Boone County have both opened several warming centers for individuals to get out of these cold temperatures and warm up.

You don't need a thermometer to confirm that it's cold outside. If you've stepped outside anytime over the past few days you know it's true. However, if you did check out the temperature this morning you saw something that has never happened before: single digit temps on November 18...
